Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5-10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Amayo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and relevant photographs.

We will investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
